Hytale Support cannot process reports. At this time, our moderation team can only handle reports related to incidents that occur on our official platform, the Hytale Discord server.
If an issue occurs outside our Discord server, please report it directly through the platform where it happened, following its rules and reporting procedures.

When making a report on our Discord Server. Please ensure to use the right reporting method best suited to your circumstances.
From there, you will need to select the user by filling in their name in the user category. You can access this by clicking on the user box.
From there, you will need to select the rule-breaking option based on the player's behavior. This can simply be accessed by clicking on the reason field and selecting one of the following options:
To allow a better understanding for our community, each reason for reporting means the following:
- Spam and Advertising: A user sending repetitive messages, emojis, reactions OR when a user is advertising third-party websites, servers, discord names/tags, or social media.
- Inappropriate Chat Behavior: A user is sending inappropriate or otherwise offensive content in Hytale Discord channels.
- Inappropriate Profile Content: A user is using an inappropriate or offensive Discord tag, status, about me, banner, name, or profile picture.
- Player Harassment: A user trying to dox, DDOS harass, or blackmail others, sharing personal information, or sending malicious links.
- Underage: A user has stated they are under the age of 13 years old in Hytale Discord channels.
- AI Content: A user is sharing AI-generated content that violates the Hytale Discord Rules.
