To get started with Hytale, you'll need to create an account on our website. Your account gives you access to our store and lets you manage your profile and settings. You'll register your username later, after completing a purchase.
Register on Hytale
First, head to our website: https://hytale.com/ and click Account in the top-right corner.
You can sign up using an account connection with one of the available providers (such as Discord, Epic Games, Google, Microsoft, or Twitch), or register directly with an email address and a password by clicking Register here. You can also go straight to the registration page at https://accounts.hytale.com/registration.
Signing up with a provider will redirect you to that provider's login page, where you'll sign in with the account you'd like to use for your Hytale login going forward.
If you'd prefer to register with an email and password instead, please confirm the following:
- You have access to the email address you're using
- The email is entered correctly
- You choose a strong, unique password

Enter your date of birth
Next, enter your date of birth and click Save Date of Birth to continue.
Due to privacy and security concerns we do not store the date of birth entered during registration and only use it as an identifier to establish if the account owner is compliant with the legal requirements to own and operate a Hytale account. Unfortunately Hytale support is unable to modify the date entered during account registration, but it is worth noting this will not have any impact on your account when trying to contact support.
If the account owner is under 13 years old, a parent or guardian will need to provide consent. To continue, enter the parent or guardian's email address and click Request Parental Consent.
Please double check that both email addresses are entered correctly and that the parent or guardian has provided permission before proceeding.
Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Read and accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then click Continue.
Verify your account
Before you can make a purchase or edit your account settings, you’ll need to verify your account by clicking the link provided in the email we send you. It can take a few minutes for the email to arrive. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam/junk folder. You can click Resend email to get a new email if necessary.
If you mistyped your email address during registration, you can click the trash can icon at any stage to delete the account and repeat the process.
Confirm your account
Once the email is received, click Confirm account.
Account details
You should now be redirected to a page with your account details.
