Locating Your Log Files
To find your log files, start by opening the Hytale Launcher, and click on the settings cog in the top corner. From there, under Directory, there is an Open directory button which will open your Hytale game directory.
Inside this folder, you will find a UserData folder. Open it, and locate Logs to find the most recent file, which is usually the one we need. You can drag or copy this file so it is ready to be shared with our team.

Sharing Log Files With Us
If you are running into a bug or have been asked to provide logs, you can share them with our support team by submitting a bug report. Head to your Hytale account and click on the Bugs & Feedback tab.
Fill out the required information about the issue you're experiencing, and attach the log file in the file upload section before submitting the report.
